Revenge of the snaggle tooth dog

I have been having a tough time with Daisy lately. She has reverted back to her destructive puppy ways. So, like a good mommy, I get her more toys thinking she is just bored. Her new toys arrived and
she loves them! I got her a squeaking squirrel house and she loves her squirrel babies. They are always all over the place when I get home from work.
"I bite my squirrel."
"I lay with my squirrel."
"I sleep in the sunshine with my squirrel and my squirrel house just to keep an eye on them."

Here is a video of her playing with them when I first gave it to her:

I also gave her this treat ball. You put kibble in it and they learn to push it around until the treats fall out. It is supposed to provide with hours of entertainment but I am pretty sure she has the entire thing empty before I even get to work. You can tell from this video that she is getting really good at it.

I thought we were set. I thought we were good. Until this week, I came home to this....

Oh yup, that is what you think it is..
My allergy nasal spray
5 HOUR ENERGY! Freaking great!!!!

I'm pretty sure her brother helped her consume it because at 1030pm that night when I was putting laundry away this is what I saw....
Two WIDE AWAKE Chihuahuas staring at me, all gurped out on energy drinks.

It's about this time Sean reminds me its probably her teeth. A year ago she went in for an extraction of a tooth and a small tumor (see here: http://amysnewlife.blogspot.com/2011/04/daisy-goes-under-knife.html and here: http://amysnewlife.blogspot.com/2011/04/snaggle-tooth-puppy-is-home.html). Sometime around Christmas, she started getting a loose tooth on the left side now (not like the right last time). I took her to the vet and he said it would probably fall out on its own. Well, instead, it started pushing the tooth next to it, AND she started developing another little tumor on the canine gum line. The vet also said that her canine tooth was dead but it should be fine.
Here is a picture of the snag...

As you can see her grill needs some work. I scheduled an appointment to get them pulled and her teeth cleaned next week. She barely turns 7 in a month. I can't believe she's lost all these teeth!
I feel so bad now because I am almost positive all of her destruction was probably directly linked to these painful teeth. I hope once I get them pulled she goes back to her good doggy ways. She previously has been doing so good. I've left her out to roam the house for about 6-7 months now without too much trouble except in the last month.
I think she is just trying to get back at me for neglecting her teeth and not letting her come to Easter and Sean's parents. ;-) Puppy revenge. haha
