I went sailing on the ocean for the first time yesterday. Jelena's fiance Craig has a sailboat so after we ate breakfast we decided it was such a beautiful day we should go sailing. It was so beautiful! Words can't describe how happy it makes me to be out on a boat in the sunshine on the first day of March! We had a good time, got to see and learn a lot from Craig. He works as a tugboat operator and as we toured the port of Long Beach, he showed us all sorts of cool stuff. Check it out:

This is a cargo ship carrying vehicles. The ports are so full, it has been sitting out at sea waiting for more room so they can offload for months. We waved at the crew guys and spied on them with our binoculars heehee.

Turns out the ocean SMELLS but it is fun to cruise. It stinks like fish but I guess that is understandable. I was so tired I fell asleep last night at 8:30! Sailing and sipping Stella = early bedtime! Works out cause now I am fully rested for the week. Tonight is the Bachelor Finale! I hope he picks Melissa, but we'll see and tomorrow night is my painting class! I am very excited for that. Good times.

I'm so excited about tonight. I will have to miss the 1st half hour. I think the "After the Final Rose" is right after the finale @ 10p.
Ooooo, sailing! How fun. I'd like to go sometime this year.
