Night Pictures

I had a lot of fun last night taking some pictures with my Kodak P850. It has a short in the On and Off switch so it hasn’t been working very good for the past few months, but luckily it hung in there and let me take some really nifty night pictures at my apartment. I thought I would share.

The view from my apartment. That's Signal Hill in the background with a radio tower decorated like a Christmas Tree.

I tried to get a close up of the radio tower. It is realistically about 2 miles away so the fact that I got it that clear is impressive.

I can't decide which one of these is my favorite. This is the corner of Cherry and Ocean Blvd in Long Beach. You can see the park at the corner where I take my pups.

I think this one is my favorite. What do you think?

This is my self portrait. I set the shutter speed to 8 seconds so I got a blurry, ghost-like picture of myself.

I am going to try to get down to Belmont shore one of these evenings and take some of the Christmas decorations down there. I really should shoot more often it is so much fun and so relaxing for me. I am just gettin ready for my next big purchase heehee Click here to see how beautiful and amazing it is ;)
