Funnest weekend, so many awesome blessings

Last minute, my buddy Greg (Christa's man) came through BIG TIME with Incubus tickets this weekend. It wasn't official if we had tickets but around 2pm he called to tell me that me +3 were on the guest list! He has been touring with the band (and the Young the Giant guys who I LOVE) since early October. He does a lot. He sets up the LED screens, operates a video camera during the show, and is pretty much there to help out whenever/whenever he can. It's been tough on my boss Christa since hes been gone for the month and he leaves again in 2 weeks for their world tour. With a German Shepherd puppy at home, and a lot of pressure at work, Christa has almost come close to gowing nuts without him. haha. It will be nice that he will get 2 weeks at home before leaving again.
Anyway, I had 3 tickets that I had already promised to Scotty and Sean. Not knowing if Christa was going to go to the show, we rolled out and met up at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre to get our tickets at will call. I got the envelope and when I opened it up, not only was it tickets, but BACKSTAGE PASSES TOO!!!!
We were trippin!! We were like, "No way! Are these what we think they are!?" We were with the band. ;-) See how it says, "band" in permanent marker. So dope! We thought we were hella sick.
These were our seats and this does not do it justice. It was such a beautiful set and stage! We were trippin out about how amazingly close we were. With plenty of room to dance, we had a blast. The show was awesome and the set was beautiful.
Here I am with Sean and Scotty during the show.
About half way through the show, I realized I didn't know if Christa was able to make it. She said she was not really interested in going but she wanted to bring her sister and Stephanie (our old coworker) if she could. After the show when we walked into the VIP backstage area, I heard Peila say, "Pirtle?" and I think I might've screamed as I hugged her. haha.
All of us backstage
Me, Sean, Scotty and Stephanie crammed into the back of Peilas Jetta to get a ride back to our car. haha This is me and Sean in the back. Even through the blur we are adorable. ;-)
The next morning we had plans to meet up with Seans family for a 5 year anniversary celebration brunch for his sister and her husband. The whole family came...even his Grandma! We went to an amazing spot on the Mission Viejo golf course called O'Neill's Bar and Grill. It was where Kerry Lynn and Stefan got married 5 years ago. The food was soooooooo fabulous. I enjoyed pigging out so much. Omlettes any way you want them, pancakes, waffles, and crepes made right in front of you. Here is my crepe being made:

Here is Sean's family with the golf course behind him. Everyone enjoyed the endless mimosas. Even Grandma.
Awesomeness,
Grandma, Stefan and a very pregnant Kerry Lynn,
Me and my sweets.
Stefan acting crazy and cracking me up.
We hung out with his grandma a little while after brunch by taking her home to Seal Beach. She showed us her home, showed us old pictures, and is the sweetest little lady. His family is really amazing. They are so much like my family and I really am enjoying getting to know them. I never thought I would date someone how grew up in So-Cal let alone some who's family is so close. It is a pleasant surprise.
Another awesome weekend for the books.
