Horses and Foxes, Oh my!

Since my boyfriend is my male carbon copy, of course he loves going to concerts and loves most of the same music I do. On our first date, we already made plans to go to a show (almost a month away at the time haha) Band of Horses. We went to the Wiltern to see them on 9/8/11. I should've taken more pictures but I got a couple and a couple videos too. They had these awesome pictures of nature and scenery and it was a chill, fun time. They sounded pretty amazing live and I fell in love with some of their songs off their older albums too. I love it when that happens. Don't they sound like you want to pop a cold one and sit on a porch swing or something? Ya totally.

A week later on 9/14/11, Sean surprised me with an invite to the Fleet Foxes at the Greek Theater with his nephews. I like the Fleet Foxes last album but hadn't heard any of their new album so it was cool to hear it live for the first time. The Greek Theater is kind of amazing too. It's an amphitheater nestled in the Hollywood hills below the Griffith Observatory (on my to do's still). It was a beautiful night equip with a full moon and all. Their sound is so chill and like something out of the 70's. I swear, the vibe was so coooool. I've NEVER EVER EVER sat at a concert. It was interesting but I was diggin it. And I especially liked holding hands with my sweetheart the whole time too. He's so cute.
See the moon?
