Hello 29

My 28th year has officially come to a close. It was my "golden year" and I would say it was definitely golden. A lot of great thing happened this year. I set a lot of goals and accomplished a lot and I am totally cool with heading into my last year of my 20's. Well, maybe not "totally" cool with it. haha. Jk. I ate a yummy lunch with a couple coworkers and then Sean and I went and had a beautiful romantic dinner at La Creperie (http://www.lacreperiecafe.net/) a French/Bohemian Bistro in Belmont Shore. It has a beautiful atmosphere with a piano player, and the food and wine are amazing. It was a very special birthday dinner.

I also got the sweetest cards from so many of my family and friends. I really must be amazing because some of these cards are so kind, and thoughtful, and loving. I am so blessed. To top it all off I could the most generous, amazing present from Sean. Not only tickets to two upcoming concerts but he totally surprised me with a FREAKING 5 POINT SURROUND SOUND WITH BLU RAY DVD player! 

Dude, seriously!

We've watched a couple movies at my place and although my LED flat screen has amazing visuals, the sound quality of them (flat screens in general) are really flat and especially with the coaxial cabling of my DVD and Wii. Ugh. It was horrible. He is so thoughtful and sweet. He just saw that I needed it and wanted to get me something awesome he knew I would enjoy. Music sounds so dope on it. It is hooked up to my wifi too so it streams HD quality Netflix movies, Pandora, it has an iPod dock, and I could go on and on. I love it. It really does make my home theater complete.

How blessed am I? Seriously!

29th year has a pretty tough competition cause 28 was pretty freaking sweet but I look forward with so much excitement and anticipation of what it has to offer. Although it is strange to think of this being my last year in my 20's but since every year seems to get better and better so I'm not trippin.

Also, this time next year get ready to party like a freaking rock star with me on my 30th. I got some fun plans and tricks up my sleeve that you don't want to miss. More info and save the dates to come! ;-)
