I am totally addicted to this iPhone application called sleep cycle. It's so cool. The point of the app is to track your sleep cycles and make sure you are entering into deep REM where your muscles cease movement so you don't act out your dreams which should flow in 90 minute intervals. You set the alarm for the time you want to wake up and with the technology it senses when you are entering out of your last REM and slowly starts to wake you up with pleasant chimes, rather than a loud beeping alarm.
Last night I was so impressed with my sleep. I slept really good. Tonight I have to get to bed earlier though but I hope that I sleep this sound. I'm not feeling that good today.
I am surprised to read that my average sleep is 7.5 hours.
