Esther and I had a fabulous time running 7.5 miles through Long Beach this morning. After, we indulged at the Starling Diner. They had stuffed French Toast that was to die for! Here is a picture:
Esther and I have a very similar pace...shes actually a bit faster but it is challenging for me and makes me push myself. She also claimed to be a "no talking while running" type and she talked a lot with me and she said that was the first run shes enjoyed talking and running!
Now, I am relaxing on the couch. I might take a dip in the jacuzzi later, eat steamed veggies and rice for dinner, and watch Vertigo by my buddy Alfred.
So far, 2011 is off to the right start! :)
