Moving out and Movin on UP!

I am very happy to announce I am moving again and hopefully the last time in a long, long time. I found the condo of my dreams. Not that my current home is any less perfect, but I think where I am headed is the place for me.
We came to the sad realization a few months ago that I needed to move. All of my neighbors are great and I have good relationships with all of them...except the one that lives directly above my head. After trying to work/deal/talk to her, we realized it was a lose/lose situation and we should probably think about moving elsewhere. I also don't have enough room to have guests stay with me. Living in paradise, that kind of stinks. I would love to open my home up more often for friends and family to come visit but all I have to offer is a blow up mattress and my dining room as a guest suite... Not the most comfortable of accommodations.
Early in the process of looking for an alternative complex and condo, I realized along with the help of my moms intuition, that I did not want to leave my complex. I love it here too much and it has everything I could ever ask for and then some.
After weeks of searching, praying, searching, and praying some more, our offer has been accepted on a second floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a loft. An extra 300 square feet will allow guests a comfortable stay, and the second floor allows ME to be the courteous neighbor to the occupant below me.
I can't express enough gratitude to my family for supporting me and allowing me the opportunity to find a home that is the perfect fit for me. I am continually amazed at the support and love they give.
Above all else all thanks and praise must go to the Lord, who brought me all the way down here to not only live the life of my dreams, but draw me closer to Him everyday. Everything I have is His and it is by his love and grace I am so blessed.
Stay tuned for pictures and updates. Official closing date is set for July 2nd. I can't wait!
