I am struggling with the LAMEST stuff right now:
Christmas shopping – I am usually pretty excited and happy about buying beautiful gifts for the people I love, but this year I am not feeling it yet. Maybe it will hit after the Thanksgiving holiday is over and I can focus more on Christmas? I feel like everything is starting so early this year. Its robbing Thanksgiving of all its glory and its getting me stressed out long before it is necessary. I just don’t know why this is the first year I find it more of a burden. Maybe cause I have more friends and family this year I want to buy for? I just want to be selfish and spend alllll my money on myself. Bah humbug.
Christmas Party – I got my dress for the Christmas party yesterday and I really like it. Last year was my first office Christmas party EVER, and I had a great time. I am excited again this year except for one aspect; I don’t have a date, AGAIN. It’s one thing to go stag the first year but two years in a row, come on! What the heck kind of loser can’t get a date two years in a row? I am having a hard time deciding IF I even want a date and who I want to ask if I do. I have some ideas but just don’t know. Maybe I should just boycott all Christmas festivities? It’s really not working out for me.
All I want for Christmas – Is a boyfriend, and maybe a Macy’s shopping spree. Seriously, being single is starting to suck. I can’t even remember the last time I went on a decent date. Its bullshit. The Macy’s shopping spree is sounding more and more feasible anyway.

Boots – I’ve never owned a really nice pair of boots and I thought this season I was going to pick up a nice pair that I love and can wear forever (like 20 years after my kids are out of preschool. Haha inside joke). I found a beautiful pair, fell in love, and then read the price tag!
