Shhhhh, Amy is dreaming...don't wake her up

Do you ever have these moments where you stop and realize nothing will ever be the same like it was before? This weekend I felt like that and it was definitely a great feeling. When I walked into work this morning it felt like I had been gone 2 weeks. I could hardly even remember Thursday July 3rd. I wish I could tell you how amazing this weekend was for me, but there are no words I could type that would do it justice. Here is a brief list cause I am so tired I can’t even formulate my words into complete sentences. Haha. Seriously, 3 hours of sleep has completely kicked my butt today, but I won’t complain for a second because I would do it all over in heartbeat.
· I celebrated the 4th in Long beach with Heather and Marlon (pictures to come), and saw the fireworks all the way from San Pedro to Huntington Beach pier. It was a fun night.
· Saw Dear and the Headlights with What Laura Says in Hollywood and Anaheim.
· I fell in love with What Laura Says, they are fabulous!
· I met, hung out, hugged and dined with the bands.
· They remembered me from their November show where we hung out.
· Yes, I felt freaking awesome.
· I was on the “list” for Sundays show.
· They are the funniest group of guys ever. Oh my goodness, my stomach hurt from all their shenanigans. Like, “jiggle it a little it’ll open”, “Crisps”, “Chandler Heights”, PJ kicking his leg over his head, Super Puma, the crazy bunny in a sombrero, a Mexican restaurant that looked like a strip club, Neil that looked like Gene Simmons, “I was crying at my swim meet where I hit my head and then got allergic to the cat”, “I’d like a real world challenge burger”, “You can animal style your burger? Yea, you can animal style everything, your uncle’s grave, your sister’s birthday party”, ChaCha, honestly I could go on and on. I have never been so amused by a group of guys in a long time.
· I couldn’t sleep I was so excited and just finished an 8 hour day of work after 3 hours of sleep.
· I wouldn’t change it for the world.
· The new songs were fabulous and I am highly anticipating the release of their new cd around my birthday
· I can seriously die happy
· Accomplishing one little dream at a time.
I am so thankful I had a chance to meet and hangout with an amazingly talented and hilarious group of guys. They will always have a special place in my heart. I will be a fan and a friend forever.
