Sean + Amy

We hit 6 months together on Saturday! Finally!! When we started dating we were always saying, “How have we only been together 2 months and known each other for 4? It feels like so much longer than that!” And I would always think, “It’ll be nice when we are finally at 6 months...then we will have some time under our belt.” Well, we made it! We celebrated after Sean went golfing (aaaaaaallllll day! haha) and after I went on a shoot with my cousin Antonio’s girlfriend Samm. We met up around 7pm for dinner. His sister gave me a gift card for Flemmings in Newport Beach so we decided to go there (http://www.flemingssteakhouse.com/locations/CA/Newport-Beach).
It is a super classy joint, where they asked us if we were celebrating anything and we said yes, our anniversary. All night they wished us anniversary and I jokingly told Sean, if they ask us how long we've been together I am lying and saying a year because we will look like a bunch of nerds celebrating 6 months at a super nice restaurant like this. haha!
Anyway, we ate some FABULOUS food! OMG. I got a filet with a gorgonzola sauce and asparagus. Sean got a peppercorn steak (sadly, he wasn't as fond of his as I was of mine) and we shared a broccoli and cheesy potato side. AND THEN we even topped it off with a souffle, vanilla ice creme and pistachios.
We talked about the last six months as we stuffed our face about how far we have come, how much we have learned about each other, and how much we are both trying to work towards being a better couple and having an awesome relationship. I am just glad we hit the 6 month mark and I'm not over him because God knows, I haven't made it past a 6 month relationship in a long while. LOL.
We rolled our way home stuffed and happy.
The next morning I learned that you can't eat donuts and then try to run 3.2 miles. But we found this AMAZING doughnut shop called The Donuttery (http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-donuttery-huntington-beach) and we have made it our mission to try every single donut (Yup, better keep running!). Here are some pictures I took playing around with some settings on my camera.
Oh yea, that's bacon on a maple bar!!!

Sean gave me this super sweet card that you can plant and flowers grow. How sweet. So I decided to plant it so we could watch our love bloom....

UPDATE: Well, a couple days later I came home to this:

Daisy dug up the card and ATE IT! Ugh. Destructive puppy!!!
