Wine Tasting in Temecula

Wine Tasting in Temecula

I was super stoked to be invited to go wine tasting on a party bus for Jeevans 40th Birthday. Jeevan and Tami are a couple I know from Halogen. There were about 25 of us and we went on a wine tour to three wineries in Temecula. It was a blast. I can’t believe I’ve never done it before!

Crazy girls at the first winery Wiens Winery

The first stop Wiens Winery was my favorite stop. I got to try a white port that was delicious and an orange champagne that I should have bought. Here is the link. I would highly suggest any of their wines and a trip to their winery. I'll be back. http://www.wienscellars.com/ Check out their wedding pictures too! Ohhhh my!

Boys

Barrels and Barrels of good stuff! This was on our second stop at Wilson Creek Winery. They had a tasty, sweet, Muscat Canelli, and some almond butter champagne. I am technically "allergic" to almonds but I thought since it was an almond puree I thought maybe I could drink it? WRONG! Found out later when my tongue swelled up that I am in fact, allergic to the puree too! oops.

As the day progressed we started having more and more fun (go figure). Mary and I are striking a pose to the song "Bulletproof" by La Roux which was of course my pick while I got to DJ on the bus.
Jeevan and Greg are laughing about something in the below picture while at our last stop of the day, Kenways. It was my least favorite but it was a nice ambiance. They had a guy playing the blues, and comfy chairs so it worked out.

I love this shot of the birthday boy Jeevan. Cheers! He was smiles allll day!

Arman and the grapes. This is my favorite shot of the day. I love his expression and the lighting. The grapes below look so tasty! Looking back, I don't know why I didn't pluck one real quick to taste them! I bet they were fabulous!

Things got a bit wild on the way home. I have video of Jevann dancing on the poll on the bus but have to get permission to post. This was Tammy telling everyone to stop giving him dollars for his dancing otherwise he'll quit his day job (he's a doctor). haha!

The whole gang in front of the bus. It was such a great mix of people and a wonderful time had by all. We ended the evening with a BBQ and cake at their house after.
I decided this is what I want to do for my 30th bday. Its only 2 years away...might as well get to planning. haha. You better be on my good side so you get invited cause it will surely be a fun time you wont want to miss out! ;) Haha! Cheers!
