On Sunday Andrew, Erika, and I went to the ranch. I haven't been since college and this was Erikas first trip up there. We hiked to the crystals, down to the trailer, and over to Opas plaque. While we were at a lookout point by the plaque, I spotted something running around on the hill below us, on our property. They looked like horses or donkeys. Oma always asked us if we saw the wild donkeys but we never did. Andrew hiked down closer to them and confirmed they were the infamous donkeys. I couldn't believe we finally saw them. They were galloping around and frolicking freely. It was majestic. We felt like it was a sign from Oma (and Opa) that they were happy we were having a great time by finally seeing them. It was special.
We shot some guns which I LOVED! I haven't done that in soooo long! Guns are great. haha lol.I love the beach, but I love the mountains just the same. I really am 50/50. I guess I just love being in nature, period.

On the tree branch that you can rock on.
