I went camping with Halogen this weekend. We stayed at
Dogwood Campgrounds by Lake Arrowhead. I loved the campground. I would totally recommend it and hope I get to go back. We went and hung out at
Lake Gregory on Saturday and rode aqua cycles and paddleboards around. I could have stayed longer but we were all starving. The weekend was awesome and exactly what I needed. I loooooooove camping! I haven’t camped in so long and I forgot how much I loved it. I learned a lot about myself in 48 hours and really proud how I bucked up and without complaints, went with the flow and totally rocked it in the wilderness. There is something refreshing about spending time in nature that clears the mind and the soul. I think it is realizing how small we are compared to the huge mountains, big trees, and beautiful stars. It’s very humbling. Getting away from civilization and people was exactly what I needed. I feel refreshed and focused and I hope that feeling lasts. Here are some pictures.
