Condos!

After looking at about 25 properties and spending 2 Saturdays searching from Long Beach, all the way down to Newport Beach, I found 3 condos that I really like. 1 of them my mom found on the internet and I will be taking a look at this weekend but it is the exact same floor plan as another condo that would be perfect. Check them out:

The first condo that I call Peepee Porch aka B101 it needs carpet and paint but it is 1220 sqft and has 2 master bedrooms:

This is the one in the same complex, with the same floor plan but I have to check out. I really like it from the pics A109:

And the last one is on Tortuga Drive (Yea, Turtle...I thought it was a sign). It is a little small but very clean and beautiful. There is also a lot of grass around for the babies to play.

Let me know what you think! :)

25 properties is not so bad! Ask Doug about people that look at 50+ before deciding! Anyway, I like the tile in the lower level, but don't like the lesser security that a lower level brings for a single gal. I like the 'turtle' one but it says that it's in escrow right now, so maybe it's no longer an option. I think it's important that you have an area where the dogs can be outside and safe and have a peepee spot. But then we still have the 'being on the lower level' issue that I personally don't like. But maybe you're ok with it and you have a better feel for the area than I do from Texas! Sounds like you may need to keep looking. Like anything else, when you walk in the place that says home, you'll just know it.

Thanks for the feedback Debbie! Yes, the Tortuga sold and was only listed for 6 days! It sold for above the listed price. Very interesting. My mom and Dick were here today and looked at the potential places and decided we need to keep looking but we (the real estate agent and I) have a better idea what they want, which is really nice. The search continues!! I'll keep you updated. :) Thanks for reading! I love to hear from all of you!
