New Year's 2008

New Years 2008 was fun, safe, and laid back. After my friend/neighbor Heather and I went out to La Creperie for dinner, champagne and dessert (my frist experience with French food, and I loved it!) I had some of my friends from Halogen (church) over to my apartment. About 10 of us hung out in the ocean front lounge and snacked, drank champagne and celebrated. Fire works over the Queen Mary started at 12:20am and it was a pretty good show. After, a couple of us went up to my neighbor Ashley and Scott’s apartment and they were having a party and dancing. We stayed there until about 2am. I really enjoyed hanging out at my place and not having to drive. I love my apartment more and more and I am really starting to make a lot of friends there. I am so thankful for 2007 and can’t wait to see what 2008 has in store for me. 2008 is the year of no resolutions! I don’t have any resolutions this year because I am pretty content with myself and what I have been doing. Hope everyone had a safe and fun New Year’s as well. Cheers to 08!
